"Abortion Bill" joke

When President Clinton looked up from his desk in the Oval Office, he saw one of his aides approaching him nervously.
"What it is?" snapped the President.
"Ummm, it's the abortion bill, Mr. President," the aide replied. "What do you want to do about it?"
"Go ahead and pay it!", the President responded.
