"Pot Holes" joke

I have never driven over a bridge that had a pot hole! Even the crappiest of bridges that have guard rails covered with rust don't have pot holes; however, just as soon as you get off the bridge, BAM! Pot holes! Why don't we use the same material from the bridges on the streets?
