"Proud of Grandma" joke

A young girl and her grandmother were sitting on the porch, when the old woman sneezed.
"I'm so proud of you, Grandma," the girl said.
"What's to be proud of?" asked the old woman.
"I noticed you've learned to put your hand in front of your mouth when you sneeze," the girl explained.
"How else do you expect me to catch my teeth?" replied the old woman.
