"Tom Cat" joke

The concerned woman called the vet and asked if he would come over and examine her cat. "I have no idea what's wrong with her," the woman said. "She looks like she's going to have a litter but that isn't possible. The only time she's out of the house is when I have her on a leash."
After examining the cat, the vet told the woman that it was indeed pregnant. "But as I explained to you, that's just not possible," said the woman.
At that point a large tom cat came out from under the sofa.
"Well, how about him?" asked the vet.
Laughing, the woman replied, "Oh, don't be silly. That's her brother!"
