"Eleventh Commandment" joke

During a heavenly staff meeting, God, Moses and Saint Peter concurred that the behavior of former President Clinton brought about the necessity for an eleventh commandment.
They brainstormed for hours and hours, trying to settle on the wording of the new commandment, realizing it must display the same dignity as the other ten.
After numerous revisions, they finally agreed that the eleventh commandment should be:
"Thou shalt not comfort thy rod with thy staff."
