"Severe Abdominal Pains" joke

A funeral home employee woke his wife up early one morning, complaining of severe abdominal pains. They immediately rushed to the emergency room, where they gave him a series of tests to try to determine the source of his pain.
The husband told his wife not to call in sick for him until they knew what was wrong. When the results came back, the doctor informed the man that he was suffering from a kidney stone.
The wife turned to her husband and asked, "Shall I call the funeral home now?"
"Good heavens, he's not THAT sick!" the doctor quickly said.
