"Who Designed It" joke

Three intelligent engineering students had gathered in the lab to discuss what manner of person must have designed the human body.
The first engineer said, "It was a mechanical engineer. The joints are proof of that."
"I beg to differ," said the second engineer. "It obviously took an electrical engineer to create a nervous system with many thousands of electrical connections."
"You're both wrong," said the third engineer. "It was definitely a civil engineer. Who else would run a toxic waste pipeline through a recreational area?"
